3.2 Key points of construction technology:

(1) Draw lines based on the horizontal line of the floor design elevation, measure along the wall height to the ceiling design elevation, draw the vertical elevation line of the partition and the horizontal line of the floor keel along the wall, and mark the keel division position line on the horizontal line of the floor keel.

(2) Installation of main keels 1) Installation of top and bottom keels: Fix top and bottom keels according to design requirements. If there are no design requirements, use ∮8-∮12 expansion bolts or 3-5 inch nails to fix them. The spacing between expansion bolt fixing points is 600-800mm. Perform anti-corrosion treatment before installation. 2) Installation of side keels along the wall: Fix side keels according to design requirements. Side keels should have plastering grooves. If there are no design requirements, use ∮8-∮12 expansion bolts or 3-5 inch nails to fix them with pre-buried wooden bricks. The spacing between fixing points is 800-1000mm. Perform anti-corrosion treatment before installation.

(3) Main keel installation: Fix the main keel according to the design requirements and the position of the dividing line. Use 4-inch iron nails to fix it. No less than three nails should be used to fix each end of the keel. It must be installed firmly.

(4) Installation of small keels: Fix the small keels according to the position of the dividing line according to the design requirements, and fix them with mortises or nails. They must be installed firmly. Before installing the small keels, you can also install glass grooves on the small keels according to the specifications of the installed glass.

(5) Install the glass on the small keel according to the design requirements and the specifications of the glass; if a pressure strip is used for installation, first fix the pressure strip on one side of the glass, and place a rubber pad under the glass, and then fix the glass with the pressure strip; if glass glue is used to directly fix the glass, the glass should be installed in the reserved groove of the small keel first, and then sealed and fixed with glass glue.

(6) Apply glass glue. First, stick paper tape around the top edge of the glass. Apply various glass glues evenly between the glass and the small keel according to the design requirements. After the glass glue is completely dry, tear off the paper tape.

(7) Install the pressure strips. According to the design requirements, fix the pressure strips of various specifications and materials on the small keel with straight nails or glass glue. If there is no design requirement, you can choose 10mm×12mm wooden pressure strips, 10mm×10mm aluminum pressure strips or 10mmX20mm stainless steel pressure strips as needed.

4. Quality Standards

Main control items. The material, variety, specification and style of the keel wood and glass should meet the design requirements and construction specifications. The large and small keels of the wooden keel must be installed firmly, without looseness and in the correct position. The layering strips must not be warped, cracked, missing edges or corners, and must be installed firmly. The moisture content of the wooden keel must be less than 8%. General items. The wooden keel should be straight, without bending, deformation, splitting or knots. The glass surface should be flat, clean, free of pollution, pitting and consistent color. The layering strips should be consistent in width, neat, straight, and tightly sealed with the glass.

5. Finished product protection

When installing wooden keels and glass, care should be taken to protect the various pipes installed in the ceiling and walls; the wooden keel top keel is not allowed to be fixed on ventilation ducts and other equipment. Doors and windows installed at the construction site, and floors, walls, window sills, etc. that have been constructed should be protected and prevented from damage. Wooden frame materials, especially glass materials, should be properly managed during entry, storage, and use to prevent deformation, moisture, damage, and contamination. Other professional materials must not be placed on installed wooden keels and glass.

6. Safety and environmental protection measures

The scaffolding of partition projects should comply with the safety standards of building construction. The springboard on the scaffolding should be fixed with wire and no probe board should be allowed. Workers should wear safety helmets and pay attention to fire prevention. The construction site must be cleaned after work. A special person should be assigned to sprinkle water and clean the site, and dust should not pollute the environment. Noisy power tools should be used within the specified working hours to prevent noise pollution and nuisance to the public. Electromechanical equipment must be equipped with electric shock protection devices. Repair any problems immediately. Comply with operating procedures, and non-operating personnel are not allowed to operate the equipment at will to prevent injuries. The site should be well ventilated.
